Ahwatukee Boot Camp GIVES BACK for Mother's Day!
Hello all,
I love to share as much fitness and nutrition information as I can with my boot campers and wanted to share some of this information with my website visitors. Hopefully you can learn some things and apply them to your life.
As a trainer I like to "Keep It Simple Silly" (K.I.S.S.) when it comes to fitness and exercise. My hope is that the information I provide can help you lead a healthy lifestyle or help you look at things a little differently. As it is said, "IF YOU DON'T TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY, WHERE ELSE WILL YOU LIVE??"
Today there is something I wanted to share with you that is dear to my heart and I encourage you to spread the word...on May 10th from 8a.m. to 9:30a.m. we will be having a special Mother's Day event at our camp and the money raised will go to a mother of three in our community who is battling cancer. The event is called "Ahwatukee Adventure Boot Camp Gives Back!"
